This is one of the awesome Art Nouveau buildings you can still see in Belgium. I’m not sure whether it was made by the famous art nouveau architect Victor Horta or not, but it might have been. In any case, it’s GORGEOUS, the photo really doesn’t do it justice I’m afraid :(
