Recently I got my hands on the second book by Carol McCleary The Illusion of Murder. Which is the sequel to The Alchemy of Murder (which I also adore). It’s a sequel but the great thing is you don’t have to have read the first book before this one :) Anyway, it’s totally AWESOME! I wrote a review for it (together with ) which you can read here on page 11 If you love victorian settings, murder, mystery and intrigue, go get your hands on this book and read it, it’s so worth it!
